About Us

Quantum Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm especially designed to help manufacturers and service providers faced with the challenge of doing more with less. Our clients include organizations from the consumer products, electrical apparatus/electronics, oil and gas services, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals sectors. Providing process improvement consulting and training services; we can help you achieve lower costs, improved productivity and quality, and organizational velocity. Our process improvement approach draws on the disciplines of lean enterprise, Six Sigma, the theory of constraints and other continuous improvement methodologies.
