GRAND Fashion Show, Silent Auction & Raffle Fundraising Event

Fees/Admission

We are in great anticipation for a stellar sell-out event. However, in order to secure your ticket, we suggest that you register as soon as possible; as spots will be reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Tickets are $65 and include meal and show. If your organization would like to participate there are three-ways to contribute 1) sponsorship level; 2) purchasing of advertisement space or 3) donation of a gift basket. All proceeds are tax deductible.  Registration and payment deadline is August 15, 2019. 

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: 

• Diamond Sponsors ($1,500) receive their company’s name and logo featured on our photo backdrop banner, full-page ad in our printed program, mentioned from stage, a table with 8 guest tickets and featured on our website
• Platinum Sponsors ($1,000) receive half-page ad in our printed program, mentioned from stage, a table with 8 guest tickets and featured on our website
• Gold Sponsors ($750) receive business card size ad in our printed program, mentioned from stage, a table with 8 guest tickets and featured on our website
• Silver and Table Sponsors ($550) receive business card size ad in our printed program and a table with 8 guest tickets

ADVERTISEMENT LEVELS:

• Full Page Ad ($150.00)
• One Half Page Ad ($75.00)
• One Quarter Page Ad ($50.00)
• Business Card Ad ($25.00)

Please review the above for sponsorship and advertisement levels and select your support preference.  Ad details must be emailed to Harriet Holley at gkrclc2018@gmail.com.  Be sure to include a camera ready or pdf image/logo along with your name/email address, address, city, state and phone number.

Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite or by visiting Toye’s Hair and Nail Salon at 2013 N. Greenbay Road, Waukegan, IL 60087, 847.521.9997. If you prefer to pay by money order or check for ticket, sponsorship or advertisement levels, make check payable to GKRCLC and send to P.O. Box 145, Wadsworth, IL 60083 along with pertinent documentation.
